This rugged, powerful range of air cooled, corona discharge ozone generators can provide a dependable and economic solution to your requirements.

They have been designed in Australia to suit difficult operating conditions and to fill the need for a lower cost treatment system without compromising the quality of materials or construction.

For longer life the cabinets are manufactured in stainless steel with all circuit boards silicon conformal coated for protection.

The Tempest 4000 series can be manually operated or automatically output controlled by connecting directly to many external ORP, Dissolved Ozone or Gaseous Ozone monitors, using relay or 4-20mA control, with or without PID.

The ozone output control can be switched or fully proportional, meaning that it is just as effective processing water in storage systems as it is when treating the water directly in-line.

The standard building blocks to the series are:

T4200 2 cell ozone generator 10 gm/hr
T4400 4 cell ozone generator 20 gm/hr
T4600 6 cell ozone generator 30 gm/hr

Multiple cabinets can be interconnected to provide higher output levels as required. The output of the whole system is still controlled by the single external controller linked to all cabinets.

Maintenance is straightforward with the spacious cabinets providing access to all serviceable components. Cells and power supplies are interchangeable providing low cost spares stockage for remote locations. Its built in Australia and all components are available ‘off the shelf’.
